Information:

William B. Fecher is a 1987 magna cum laude graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Law Review and had an article published in the 1986 Dayton Law Review.

Prior to Law School, he graduated from Greenhills High School in 1980 and then from Butler University in 1984. After graduating from college, he moved to Dayton, Ohio and has been a resident of Oakwood, Ohio since 1987.

Concentrating in complex litigation matters, he has appeared before state and federal courts from South Carolina to Hawaii and has argued cases before the Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Federal Appellate Courts and the Sixth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. His current practice concentrates in state and federal courts in Ohio and Indiana, although he also appears in Kentucky, Michigan, and Illinois state courts.

In addition to complex litigation matters, he also represents creditors and debtors on both commercial and consumer matters in state courts and bankruptcy courts in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

He was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1987 and in Indiana in 2008. He is also admitted to practice before the federal courts in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
