Sylvie is an associate in the Cincinnati office of SH&E. She concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and complex litigation, including class actions, securities fraud litigation and shareholder derivative actions.

She has litigated consumer claims against major corporations and obtained settlements in cases that resulted in industry wide changes, particularly in the area of foreclosure.

Sylvie, a native of Dijon, France, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 2000. She was an articles editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review.

She joined SH&E after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Walter and the Honorable Judge Humphrey at the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio in Dayton and working at major law firms in Cincinnati and Dayton.

Sylvie is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
